Lifelong learning is a hallmark of Jewish education. Educators, school professionals and lay leaders – working on behalf of Jewish day school students – gain from ongoing professional development. It inspires our self-reflection. It broadens our knowledge base. It allows us to raise the bar for excellence in Jewish education.

It is for this reason the YU School Partnership is dedicated to breaking down the barriers to collaboration, sharing and learning with educators from all over the world. To this end we have developed, and are continuing to develop, online Communities of Practice (CoP) for professionals in Jewish day schools. Below is a list of current CoP's that are available and forming.

YUTeach

YUTeach is an online community dedicated to the professional development and support of new and prospective teachers. This community exists to channel a collective passion, while providing support, guidance and the necessary growth opportunities every new teacher needs to succeed. At the same time, YUTeach provides a space for those interested in a career in teaching to reach out, learn from others and ask those new to the field what it is truly like.
