In Session I, we will discuss the link between children’s feelings and their behavior, and identify practical strategies that teachers can employ to engage children’s cooperation in a positive way, avoiding punishment, encouraging autonomy, and teaching problem-solving skills. Participants will be able to apply these skills immediately and will expand on their learning in Session II with actual and simulated classroom scenes, designed to help teachers internalize the philosophy of positive discipline for practical, daily application. *This event is given in Hebrew.
